Smoothie bowl

Looking for a gut-friendly recipe, rich in prebiotic and probiotic fibers? Take a look at the smoothie bowl recipe shared by Bárbara!

Ingredients:

1 sachet of YOGOODY Shake Strawberry

1 handful of thawed red berries

~100 ml of almond milk

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 small banana

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything, place in a bowl, and serve with coconut flakes on top.
