Yes. We believe that 200ml allows SHAKES to have the best texture. However if you prefer your SHAKES to be more liquid-y, add a dash more water, or if you prefer a denser texture, add slightly less water.
It´s your SHAKE, drink it as you want!
We advise the product to be kept at room temperature preferably below 26C, away from direct light or sun, to maintain all the great nutritional product benefits.
YOGOODY SHAKE is a healthy and convenient drinkable snack to take everywhere. Made with dairy ingredients, fruits, fibre and probiotic cultures, this powder mix is available in four flavours: strawberry, wild berries, mango, and vanilla. It is designed to be a nutritious option that combines the benefits of yogurt with the ease of a powder mix. Simply add water, and it’s ready to drink. Plus, it doesn’t require refrigeration, making it perfect for an on-the-go snack.
What sets YOGOODY SHAKE apart is the innovative approach to delivering the benefits of yogurt in a convenient powdered format. It was the first powdered yogurt alternative on the market, offering a variety of delicious flavours with a pleasant consistency.
The careful selection of quality raw materials and the use of processes, such as lyophilization (freeze-drying) of yogurt cultures and fruits, ensures that the nutritional value of the ingredients is preserved. YOGOODY combines the rich taste and nutritional advantages of liquid yogurt with the added benefits of prebiotic fibres and probiotics.
This makes YOGOODY SHAKE not only a convenient and portable option but also a health-conscious choice that fits perfectly into a busy lifestyle.
Probiotics are live microorganisms, primarily bacteria and yeasts, that provide health benefits when consumed in adequate amounts. They are often referred to as “beneficial" bacteria because they support the digestive system by improving gut flora (balance the community of microorganisms that live in the digestive tract), which is crucial for digestion, nutrient absorption, and immune function. They can be found in various fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, kombucha or sauerkraut.
YOGOODY SHAKE contains seven strains of probiotics, which help recolonize and balance the intestinal microbiota, supporting digestive health. These include Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, and Lactobacillus helveticus.
Lactobacillus strains are known for its efficacy in preventing and treating gastrointestinal infections. Bifidobacterium longum contribute to the maintenance of a healthy gut barrier, has anti-inflammatory properties, and is beneficial in managing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).i
