These protein pancakes, enhanced with the Yogoody Protein powder, are a delicious and healthy pre-workout snack.
Serves: 1 portion
Preparation + Cooking time: 20 min
Ingredients:
50 g oat flour
1 sachet YOGOODY Shake Vanilla
1 egg
50 ml water
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl add oat flour, YOGOODY Shake powder, egg, water, and cinnamon, and mix until well combined, and without any lumps.
- Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium-high heat and pour onto the pan about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each pancake. Cook the pancake for nearly 1-1,5 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, flip over, and cook the other side. Serve immediately with your topping of choice.
