Berry Overnight Oats

Enrich your overnight oats with 1.2.3 YOG for a more complete breakfast. 

Serves: 1

Preparation + Cooking time: 10 min


3 tablespoons (30 g) rolled oats

½ sachet (15 g) of 1.2.3 YOG Vegan Vanilla

1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts

½ cup (120 g) mixed frozen berries, mashed


  1. Combine in a small bowl: rolled oats, 1.2.3 YOG Vegan Vanilla, and 100 ml of water.
  2. In a jar, spread even layers of berries and prepared oats. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the following morning, top overnight oats with chopped hazelnuts (or other nuts/seeds, to taste).

Nutritional Value (per portion): 264 kcal; 9,9 g of fat; 32,8 g of carbohydrates (13,3 g of sugars); 8,7 g of fibre; 9,1 g of protein. Rich in vitamin C, vitamin B12 (fortified) and fibre, and source of folate, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc.
