YOGOODY TWIST is made from carefully selected ingredients that balance taste, texture, and nutrition:
- Skimmed milk powder & fermented milk powder: Rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, and other essential nutrients that support muscle, bone, and overall health. Fermented milk powder also preserves the natural acidity and aroma of yogurt.
- Live yogurt cultures: Maintain the probiotic benefits traditionally associated with yogurt, supporting digestive health and a balanced gut microbiome.

YOGOODY TWIST contains on average 13 g of sugar per 100 g serving. Most of this sugar comes from naturally occurring sugars in the dairy ingredients, while approximately 4.8 g per 100 g is added sugar. Note that the nutritional information does not separate added sugars from natural sugars.
