Indulgent waffles enhanced with the YOGOODY Shake.
Can be served with a cocoa flavoured sauce for an even more delicious and filling breakfast!
Preparation + Cooking time: 20 min
Ingredients:
Waffles: 50 g oat flour; 1 sachet YOGOODY Shake Vanilla; 1 egg; ¼ cup (60 ml) water; ½ teaspoon cinnamon
“Chocolate” sauce: ½ sachet YOGOODY Shake Vanilla; ~2 tablespoon (10 g) cocoa powder; 40-50 ml water (depending on the consistency desired)
Instructions:
- To make the waffles: in a mixing bowl add oat flour, YOGOODY Shake powder, egg, water, and cinnamon, and mix until well combined, and without any lumps; ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron; cook the waffles until golden and crisp.
- To make the “chocolate” sauce: mix in a small bowl the YOGOODY Shake powder, cocoa powder, and water.
- Serve the waffles immediately with the “chocolate” sauce, strawberries, or other toppings of choice.
