5' Smoothie Bowl

Looking for that quick breakfast? Prepare a Smoothie Bowl in 5 minutes.

Serves:1 bowl 

Preparation + Cooking time: 5 min


1 sachet 1.2.3 YOG Vegan Vanilla

1 apple, sliced

4 tablespoons (10 g) whole wheat puffs

1 teaspoon (10 g)  almond or peanut butter


  1. Prepare the yogoody shake and pour into a bowl.
  2. Add the apple, wheat puffs and drizzle with nut butter of choice.

Nutritional Value (per portion): 284 kcal; 7,8 g of fat; 42,1 g of carbohydrates (32,1 g of sugars); 12,1 g of fibre; 10,1 g of protein. Source of vitamin C, vitamin B12 (fortified), niacin and riboflavin, but also calcium and potassium.

Notes: Try swapping the 1.2.3 YOG Vegan Vanilla for the Strawberry flavour, and add chopped strawberries for an extra fruity taste.
