Protein Apple Crumble

Francisca's favorite fall recipe, made healthy and easy!

Serves2 small servings or a larger one (13g protein)

For the apples:

1 apple 

1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 

2 teaspoons of maple syrup or honey

For the crumble:

1/2 cup oats (quick oats)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 pack of 1.2.3 YOG Original, Protein or Vegan (Vanilla)


1. In a bowl, peel the apple and dice it into small pieces.

2. Mix in the cinnamon powder, maple syrup or honey.

3. Pour the oats in a separate bowl, add the 1.2.3 YOG Original Vanilla Powder and cinnamon. Mix well. 

4. Add the water, maple syrup or honey, and mix well until the crumble is ready. 

5. Place the crumble on top of the apples.

6. Bake in the air fryer or oven for 15 min at 180ºC. 

Notes: You can make this for breakfast, as a snack or dessert (and serve with vanilla ice cream on top)
