Recipe: Overnight Oats with Apple Puree and Grapes
Wake up to a ready and healthy breakfast. Nutritionist João's recipe is here!
Ingredients:
1 sachet 123YOG Strawberry-Flavored
30g oat flakes
5g chia seeds
25g apple puree
20g grapes
Instructions:

Dissolve the Yogoody sachet in 200ml of water

Add the oats and chia seeds.

Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight.

Add the grapes and apple puree, and enjoy!
