Recipe: Overnight Oats with Apple Puree and Grapes

1 sachet 123YOG Strawberry-Flavored 

30g oat flakes 

5g chia seeds 

25g apple puree 

20g grapes


  1. Dissolve the Yogoody sachet in 200ml of water

  2. Add the oats and chia seeds. 

  3. Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight. 

  4. Add the grapes and apple puree, and enjoy!
