Strawberry Chia Pudding
Impress family and friends with this easy, healthy and delicious snack!
Serves: 2 puddings (2 portions)
Preparation + Cooking time: 10 min
Ingredients:
1 sachet 1.2.3 YOG Vegan Strawberry
200 ml water
3 flat tablespoons (24 g) chia seeds
8 strawberries (200 g), cut into halves or quarters
Instructions:
- Prepare Yogoody Vegan as instructed.
- Add the chia seeds to the shake and stir well. Divide in 2 bowls and let it hydrate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Serve with the fresh strawberries
Nutritional Value (per portion): 140 kcal; 5,1 g of fat; 17,7 g of carbohydrates (11,2 g of sugars); 9,1 g of fibre; 5,6 g of protein. Rich in fibre, vitamin B12 (fortified) and vitamin C, and source of calcium, folate, phosphorus, and zinc.
Notes: Try swapping the Yogoody Vegan Strawberry for 1.2.3 YOG Protein banana, and add chopped mango pieces instead of strawberries, to make a “tropical” chia pudding. Other juicy fruits that also go well this pudding include: blueberries, passion fruit pulp, kiwi (…).
